The above picture is an example of what happens to a steam distribution system with THE STEAMLOC^® SYSTEM installed. (All problems and symptoms disappear).

The overall efficiency is much higher due to increased latent heat transfer at all heating units, condensate return lines are much cooler and loss of live steam is eliminated for the life of the equipment to which THE STEAMLOC^® SYSTEM is attached.

Starting in the boiler room (basement) note that the condensate receiver tank is not venting any steam and the condensate return lines are much cooler due to better extraction of latent heat at the heating units.

The reasons for overall efficiency improvements are the result of The Steamloc^® Systems inherently more efficient technology which takes advantage of the laws of physics, enabling this technology to outperform conventional mechanical steam traps on most real world applications.
