Condensate Return Specialists, Inc. warrants the longevity of THE STEAMLOC^® SYSTEM of Continuous-Flow Tubular Outlet condensate removal devices as follows:

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONDENSATE RETURN SPECIALISTS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR THE INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY.

Condensate Return Specialists, Inc. disclaims any liability for equipment or component failure, including incidental and consequential damages, relating to condensate back-up caused by a component performing its intended function, such as a strainer screen which becomes clogged with pipe scale or any other materials carried with the condensate through THE STEAMLOC^® SYSTEM.

Except as stated or as may be expressly provided for in a written agreement between Condensate Return Specialists, Inc. and the customer, CONDENSATE RETURN SPECIALISTS, INC. DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Sales representatives are not authorized to alter the terms of the "Limited Warranty and Remedy" without written approval of an officer of Condensate Return Specialists, Inc.

Notice of any claim under any of the above warranties must be given in writing to Condensate Return Specialists, Inc., 711 Hickox Drive, Lincoln, IL 62656 within the applicable warranty period.
